Back Classes
If you are looking for a long-term solution you may be interested in attending our famous “Absolution Back Classes”.
These involve a progression of postural correction exercises, trunk
strengthening, back care and general fitness which are taught in relaxed, small group sessions.
We find that some people work better in a supervised class environment.
Mothers and Babies
If you have back pain or weakness, we offer a Mothers and Babies class addressing the specific issues arising from pregnancy, childbirth and early parenting.
In particular, these classes focus on abdominal, pelvic floor and buttock toning.
Our classes are small and you are welcome to bring your baby.
Fitbones is a small exercise class designed to prevent the onset or progression of osteoporosis. The exercises focus on posture control to direct the line of gravity through the vertebral bodies and hip joints to ensure that the body is weight bearing correctly. The exercises use body weight, hand weights and balance tools to make up a thorough exercise routine.
